Refund policy
ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. This includes items that are pre-marked as sale or where discount codes have been applied. All items that are used with store credit are final sale.

RETURNS | EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You have up to 2 days to start your return via email and 7 days to get your product back to us from the approval date. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return/exchange any item. You can return your product for store credit or a different product only.
Please email shopylynnandmarie@yahoo.com to get your return approved. An email is REQUIRED and the only way to get the return approved. The email must include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return/exchange and why the item is being returned/exchanged.
When shipping your return back. Please properly seal the return package. Items not properly sealed will not be accepted.
Please note the following:
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any discount code (BOGO sales and single percentage sales), items pre-marked, or any Facebook group threads.
- Exchanges/store credit purchases are final sale.
- All accessory items, bodysuit, preorder sales, athletic attire, leggings, and shoes/boots are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
- ALL HOLIDAY & SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- All items sold at all market & pop-up events are final sale
- Pickup orders that are held for 7 days or longer from the day the order was placed will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with the receipt slip included.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Visible signs of wear or use, including stains, strong odors (this includes smoke smells, perfumes, body odors, etc.), deodorant, etc. will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued after we received your returned item.
- We are NOT responsible for items that were damaged due to improper care. Instructions can be found along the inside tag of items. When uncertain, we always recommend delicately washing on cold and laying out flat to dry! Certain materials (vinyl shirts etc.) avoid using fabric softeners for best results. If you are unsure how to wash an item, you can send us an email at shoplynnandmarie@yahoo.com.
